it's obvious you don't know much about classical music, because students worldwide learn playing instruments over composers from those very two countries, just to name a few: austria: mozart, schubert, stolz, strauss, schoenberg, mahler, haydn; hungary: liszt, kodály, ligeti, kurtág, bartók, erkel, but you obviously never heard of them, cause you lack training in classical music, I consider porumbescu and enescu two notable composers from the balkans but not that recognized by critics
